25 Years of Engineering Excellence!

In November, our Chairman Ian Parkinson joined our CEO and Sales Director to honour Kevin Simpson and Chris Kirkwood, who reached the remarkable 25-year milestone at Rotrex.

Over the decades, they have witnessed various phases of the business, including the transition from LGH Winches to Rotrex after LGH left the UK market to focus on expanding in North America and mainland Europe.

During their time here, Kev and Chris have been committed, hardworking team members, making countless invaluable contributions to the business.

• Kevin Simpson: Starting from humble beginnings as a fitter, Kev has become a vital member of our offshore team. His dedication is inspiring, and his expertise and leadership have been invaluable for the smooth operation of our offshore projects.

• Chris Kirkwood: Chris’s versatility and willingness to take on any challenge have made him an indispensable asset to our team. His journey from workshop technician to offshore engineer and now a key player in our onshore operations is a testament to his skills and adaptability.
